Lindsey has been practicing as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist for over 15 years. She has worked in a variety of settings including schools, community mental health agencies, non-profit family service agencies, outpatient clinics and private practice. She is a Certified Sex Therapist by AASECT (American Association or Sex Educators, Counselors, and Therapists) and received specialized training in Holistic Sex Therapy from the Institute for Sexuality Education and Enlightenment.
She works with clients presenting a wide range of life challenges and transitions. She draws from a variety of therapy models in order to fit the needs of each individual, family or couple she works with. Lindsey has an authentic style that combines various techniques including strength based, action oriented approaches unique to each client. Lindsey takes an integrative, holistic, and relational approach to help clients feel comfortable and supported through the entire therapy process.
